The location was very convenient. It was close to many attractions. the staff was helpful. They assisted with directions and local tips. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping did a thorough job each day. the provided breakfast offered fresh options that varied slightly.
The room was small and did not have enough space to move around comfortably. the elevator was slow and often crowded. I waited several times.

the reception staff provided quick check-in and check-out service, and were available 24/7. i found them to be very approachable and ready to assist with any inquiries. they were able to answer my questions about local attractions.

the hotel provides complimentary WiFi, WHICH worked fast. a basic breakfast buffet is available each morning. there is a small lounge area in the lobby WHERE guests can relax, BUT i didn't spend much time there. i think that's ALL that needs to be said!

the location was fairly central and near many buses which was convenient.
the room i booked don't look like the pictures online. it resembled a prison cell with hole filled walls. there were no basic amenities like a bottle of water, though there were some biscuits.

I appreciated the staff's respect for my preference to decline room service. They provided a complimentary upgrade to a ground floor room to accommodate my luggage. I found a water bottle refilling station available, very helpful. The hotel provided convenient luggage storage.
The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy at night. This is a minor point.
